S3 Choices will now be collected on paper. Students will be issued with a new choice form in PSE. Once completed, parents/carers should initial in the ‘Checked?’ box on the top line to show that they are aware of their young person's choices.

Forms should then be returned to Guidance teachers by Monday 27^th April.
