In German we develop learners’ ability to apply knowledge and understanding of a modern language and cover the contexts of society, learning, employability and culture.

This course provides learners with opportunities to develop their reading, listening, talking and writing skills to help them understand and use the language being studied.  The course contributes towards the development of literacy skills by providing learners with opportunities to read, listen, talk and write in a modern language, and to reflect on how this relates to English.
